  • It’s pretty simple at ZOU vet. We offer single 20-minute virtual online appointments with licensed veterinarians. You’ll receive individualized answers and attention to your pet’s needs. Common ailments we can help with include diarrhea, vomiting, skin infections or allergies, behavioral issues like separation anxiety, diet consultation for picky eaters, and more.

  • Getting started is simple. Visit our Appointments page to schedule a 20 minute virtual vet visit. There is minimal to no wait time so you can get urgent veterinary needs addressed. When you submit payment, a Zoom link will automatically be emailed to you. You need video and microphone access to complete your Zoom appointment.

  • We make it our mission to keep family-run business values at our forefront. Our animals are our family, too, and we will care about yours the same way. We want to do our part to keep veterinary medicine in the hands out vets rather than corporations, so clients and pets can receive easy, individualized care. We are a small business with big hearts. It’s our goal to blend the personable family veterinarian mentality with modern day technology.

  • You can reach us anytime via our contact page. We aim to respond quickly and will always have a real person reach back out to you. We provide an email and phone number to be accessible to our clients. If you have a pressing concern or veterinary emergency, call your nearest 24/7 veterinary ER for immediate help.

  • Simple and straightforward. One visit type. One price. 20 minute virtual appointments with a vet for $50 a piece. These visits can be focused around any concern you have, including but not limited to: vomiting and diarrhea, diet concerns, weight management, allergy management, anxiety and behavioral management, itchy skin or irritated skin or ears, and more!

  • The short answer is, it’s complicated. Each state currently has different rules regarding telemedicine. It’s murky and confusing. They key components of veterinary medicine are diagnosing, prescribing, and treating. States like Florida allow the diagnosing, prescribing, and treating of animals via telemedicine platforms. If your state doesn’t allow for this, they generally at least allow for general consultation advice, which our vets are happy to provide. For more information, see our How it Works page.
